Favorite thing about his job: Building relationships that last!
Fun fact: An avid skier, TJ once witnessed an accident involving a snowboarder. He stayed with her awaiting medical assistance…and that snowboarder is now his wife! They have two children in their Seattle home.

Caitlin Campbell
Role at Proliance: Senior Account Manager
Hometown: Mill Creek, Washington
Favorite thing about her job: Building relationships and some friendly competition.
Fun fact: During the summer you will most likely find Caitlin out on the boat, wine tasting, hiking or hanging by a bonfire.

Luke Mounger
Role at Proliance: Senior Business Development Manager
Hometown: Mercer Island, Washington
Favorite thing about his job: Finding a group of tight-knit workers all teaming up for a common goal—to get people jobs!
Fun fact: Outside of the office, Luke is passionate about Husky football and basketball, pretends to like to run, and is a volunteer Young Life leader in West Seattle.

Carly Andonian

Fun fact: Carly is also in love with Nashville and can be found in Tennessee any chance she gets!

Zachary Charme

Favorite thing about his job: My favorite aspect of this job is the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with all the candidates we work with. The ability to help another individual out in the pursuit of their goals and aspirations is extremely satisfying
Fun fact: Some of my favorite hobbies include hiking, camping, discovery new as well as going out and seeing my favorite artists/bands play live.

Aaron Cunningham

Favorite thing about his job: Building strong relationships and networking is my favorite part of the job. Every day is completely different and it’s a fast-paced job.
Fun fact: I love to travel both domestically and internationally, but my favorite vacation destination is definitely anywhere in the Caribbean.

Rachel Yeardely

Fun fact: Rachel has a 200-hour yoga certification and can be found teaching yoga to all her friends and family (and soon to the public on the weekends!)

Sarah Davis

Favorite thing about her job: Working alongside likeminded individuals that are passionate about the work we do to provide an enjoyable work environment for each other as well as the candidates we place!
Fun fact: Sarah can often be found at the beach or at Target. She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and lives for trying new restaurants and happy hour with friends.

Bradley Hamel

Favorite thing about his job: The ability to establish and foster relationships with the goal of helping them take the next step in their professional life. Additionally, the conversations I have are never the same, making each day a little bit different from the previous one.
Fun fact: When I’m not working you can find me and the beach or on a hike with my yellow labrador retriever, Duke.

Favorite thing about my job: Building rapport and networking with everyone has always been a passion of mine. Being able to do that on a daily basis and help people find roles that they enjoy has definitely been my favorite part of the job. The team here is great, and everyone is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Fun fact: I’ve recently started picking up snowboarding (or for me currently, slowly tumbling down the mountain). If I’m not snowboarding after work or over the weekend, I’m probably playing with my dogs!

Sierra Johnson

Fun fact: I have a passion for traveling and learning about different cultures. I went to Haiti, twice, for mission trips and hope to experience more interactions like the ones I made on those trips. Outside of work you can find me outside at a microbrewery, sipping on craft beer and petting all the dogs.
