We may be small but we don’t cut corners when it comes to benefits. We pay 50% of our candidate’s medical and vision insurance premiums and 25% for dependents. We also offer dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with up to 4% match, referral bonuses and sick time. And of course, there’s no fee to work with us.

We put a face to the name (in person if it works for you, FaceTime or Skype if you prefer), ensure you’re not crazy and finalize details before submitting you to your dream job.

Reference Check

We call your references so our clients don’t have to. This also accelerates the process when we find you the right role.

By now we know you’re a rock star. When a client has an opening that seems like a great fit, we put in the good word (after checking with you!) and guide you through the interview process.
