The Challenge: When our Fortune 100 client acquired a Fortune 500 company, their strategy vision was to launch a multi-year program that merged multiple systems into a single technology platform. This would enhance the customer, agent and employee experience while reducing costs and increasing the customer base. Our client needed highly skilled resources—in a short time frame—so they could scale the project as necessary.
Our Solution: Proliance Consulting provided over 25 consultants, including UI/UX designers, business analysts and project managers. We presented detailed analysis of existing systems and user names, complex concepts for launching new systems and high-fidelity prototypes. These deliverables enabled the launch of our client’s single-technology platform, which resulted in:
