Job Title: IT Compliance Analyst

Summary

  • This role will support a growing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function focused on building and operationalizing key security and compliance processes. Current initiatives include developing a unified control network aligned with NIST standards, implementing data loss protection strategies, and driving a formal risk acceptance process. The team is also working to operationalize PCI compliance—transitioning from annual assessments to a day-to-day model that ensures ongoing adherence to credit card data protection standards.

Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. No C2C or third-party agencies

Required Qualifications

  • Familiar with IT department/environment
  • Familiar with NIST framework
  • Soft skills: Highly personable, a critical thinker, and self-motivated, team-player / collaborative, and highly organized
  • Someone that has a creative mindset
  • Experience with documentation/reporting

Desired Qualifications

  • GCR tool exposure - There is no GRC tool currently in place
  • Ability to leverage Sharepoint for workflows, dashboards
  • ServiceNow - ticketing
  • Jr IT project coordination experience
