  • Proliance is a great place to work. We all have a common goal to make the company, and each other, better for the benefit of helping our clients and candidates. This takes the focus off of everyday tasks and creates a freedom of ownership, teamwork, and accountability. The positive, encouraging, & energetic atmosphere makes it fun to come to work. We don’t believe in drama, but positive stress and hard work is welcomed here…since it’s usually accompanied with crushed goals, celebratory outings, and teambuilding events.

From the moment I walked in the doors, I have always felt like my voice mattered and I was part of the team. We all push each other and strive to be the very best that we can be, and that is what makes this such a great team to work with. I could boast about benefits, but the true benefit of working here is getting to be a part of the company’s growth. It’s exciting coming to work with new challenges and ways to improve, and that is what keeps me driven as an employee.”
